Monitoring performance and using the resulting information to secure improvement is an important part of the work of Head Teachers, school staff and officers within Education Services.

Information is gathered from school staff, parents, pupils and other stakeholders to evaluate our work. Every year each school publishes a Standards and Quality report which highlights the school’s major achievements. The school then sets priorities for the following year.
